About me

Inspired by my lifelong devotion for personal development is that I got here. I care deeply and nothing energizes me more than coaching others to enable them to achieve long-lasting and sustainable change.

I am a Certified  Integral Coach and my invitation is to be your companion to co-create what’s next for you, your teams, your business. In these disruptive times I believe that grit makes us thrive in our own transformation journey. And it’s ok to seek for support.

I bring together my passion for coaching and people development with a progressive forward thinking career experience in leadership development, executive coaching and teams dynamic, working with global leaders and teams in a diverse range of industries including automotive, bio technology and consumer goods.

I combine my personal experience to build trust and rapport, while tapping into the wisdom you and your teams already have and help them find a path forward towards that common goal.

My story

After years of working in Corporate settings, it has become compelling that unlocking people’s potential, those who integrate the organization as a tapestry are the ones who will achieve any desired goals. The only way for that to facilitate and make it happen is having the necessary meaningful conversations. These conversations have to be with a clear purpose, within a safe space to express a different perspective and move to action.

 I believe that a coach empowers you to rethink what’s possible. My mission is to team up with you and your team to co-create the transformational path needed for your organization. 

As a photographer I invest time looking for the impactful frame with a suitable angle, unfolding colors and shapes with a single intention, to highlight and reinforce the beauty of the subject. I see a parallel of this creative process with unfolding individuals and team’s transformation through meaningful purpose-led conversation to achieve goals.
